1. Hydraulic power transmission
The excavator hydraulic system outputs high-pressure oil to drive the oil cylinder inside the pulverizer. The cylinder uses honed tubes and imported HALLITE oil seals, which can stably maintain working pressure of 280bar to 320bar, and convert hydraulic pressure into strong mechanical extrusion force. 2. Concrete extrusion crushing
When the upper and lower jaws close, the serrated steel jaws made of TDNM400 wear-resistant steel apply a uniform extrusion force to the concrete block. The maximum shear force can reach 380kN to 2503kN according to different models, which can easily crush reinforced concrete of various strengths into small, uniform pieces.
3. Synchronous rebar cutting
The wear-resistant alloy steel blades installed on the edge of the jaws cut the steel bars embedded in the concrete synchronously while crushing the concrete. The blades are forged from special alloy steel, which is resistant to high temperature and deformation, and can cut rebar cleanly without burrs. You don’t need to take out the steel bars for secondary cutting, and the cut steel bars are of uniform length, which can be directly recycled.
4. Reset and prepare for the next cycle
After the crushing action is completed, the oil cylinder drives the movable jaw to open to the maximum opening height. The operator can adjust the position of the excavator to align the next piece of concrete to be crushed, and then start the next working cycle.
