Asphalt Crack Fill Machine Working Principle
1. Heating and Melting Sealing Material
The core components are the hot-melt kettle and heating system, using indirect heating with heat transfer oil or gas heating. An internal paddle-type agitator ensures uniform heating of the sealant and prevents aging. 2. Crack Pretreatment
Before grouting, a blower is used to remove gravel, dust, and loose particles from the crack. Then, a hot spray gun is used to preheat the crack walls to 120℃-150℃ to remove moisture and soften aged asphalt, providing a clean and dry base for sealant adhesion and preventing later detachment.
3. Pressure Grouting
The asphalt pump is started, and the hot sealant is delivered to the spray gun through an electrically heated outlet pipe. 4. Surface Leveling and Shaping Protection
