Demand for poultry egg exports and packaging for supermarkets is steadily rising. Affected by tightened regulations on domestic petrochemical plastic packaging and high transportation costs for imported egg trays, a local Saudi investor planned to build a one-stop pulp packaging processing plant in the central industrial city of Saudi Arabia. Utilizing the abundant waste cardboard boxes, waste paper, and crop straw in the surrounding area as raw materials, the plant will construct its own egg tray production workshop and purchase complete production lines to produce protective egg trays. - The main unit features a four-mold, four-opening reciprocating molding structure, with a single machine producing 2500 standard egg trays per hour. The entire process—pulp preparation, molding, and tray placement—is fully automated, requiring only 2-3 operators to operate the entire line.
